CLIENT
Award-winning agency No Brainer enlisted Buckley Creative to design characters for Checkatrade's campaign, Get In The Game. This initiative aimed to captivate 16-20-year-olds and spark interest in trade apprenticeships, leveraging the electrifying world of gaming avatars to inspire the next generation.

BRIEF
Checkatrade needed vibrant illustrations for three dynamic characters: an electrician, plumber, and carpenter. Inspired by popular games like Fortnite, each character demanded a striking 3D gaming aesthetic. Our designs stayed true to Checkatrade's brand while championing inclusivity, showcasing a diverse and exciting future in the trade sector.

DELIVERY
Once approved, we delivered six stunning character illustrations and various supporting graphical assets. These brought life to a Checkatrade microsite, allowing users to pick a character, explore their strengths, and dive into a game that revealed more about each trade’s thrilling opportunities.
